Why doesn't everyone just sell one-seventeenth of their holding at plus $4 then buy back one-seventeenth at $2.50? Seems the easiest money ever. What's wrong with doing that?Your % ownership of the company will be smaller even though your numbers of shares is the same. What you are proposing is the same as just selling your entitlement. Nothing wrong with that, but there are no free lunches in corporate finance !
