You've got to hand it to Gupta if he does pull out now. Get Walter to spend the last of HAV's cash promoting this deal and pull out leaving the company cash strapped and on its knees. Plum for an even lower offer to pick up the assets. smart by Gupta, foolish by Walter if this is the case.
