Agreed, if Pacific Channel can manage to swing the changes they want to there could well be an up-tick in investor communication and involvement. Funny how having skin in the game can focus directors on the SP and a commercial goal . From memory though I thought that they represented shareholders which held 15% of the company, this announcement only claims 5%. I wonder if they will be trying to drum up more support from other holders?
The cynic in me wonders if this is the reason we finally got that news letter yesterday, there didn't seem to be anything in there that they hadn't know for a while now.
