They would have been much better to issue $100m of shares on the TSX rather than doing the loans.
At the AGM there was a definite lack of enthusiasm from the board for it but we're going tp end up with more dilution from the loans than if they had done the placement when the share price was $4.
Time for the shareholders to get screwed over again.
