You are correct especially when you concider that all of the material US uses comes through Japan or China. US can use very little of what Lynas makes. Just a little Ce and La. No Nd and /or Pr products. No heavies except with lots of preprocessin again by China and Japan. We should fix this but it will take lots of time. I hear the talk now, do not see any focus. Do not see any USD moving toward a solution. We will see.
