NO...they didn't do that.
They made NO mention that the samples were from their leases
however
They also made no mention that the samples were NOT from their leases and instead used words to describe the areas as "prospect" and "leads"
Nothing illegal in the wording there.....just could have been ALOT clearer.
There is HE there.
It will be good if they come out and say they have actually bought more leases in the sample area.,
