Hey Caching, still trying to get my head around this but where did you get the $6+US price from?
Also unless I've worked it out wrong, 1 share for every 100 you hold is a massive drop.
eg. 1000 shares in SEA = 10 shares in Holdco
In dollar value that's $190 in SEA @ 0.19 compared to $60 in Holdco @ $6
