This is going to create quiet the overhang for the stock until November.

There is likely no gurantee it will or won't go ahead in November. It will need 75% of those that vote, that is a big hurdle.

For the next few months we'll have forced sellers and a reduced number of buyers (there is a very limited amount of people who knowingly want to go into a process where they get re-domiciled into the US and in a difference currency etc), so there will be lots of sellers, a reduced set of buyers, no local insto activity and very little US insto activity until the stock lists on the NASDAQ as most can't own it until it is listed in the US, plus there is the reverse uncertainty that the vote doesn't get up and it stays in Australia. UGLY

I can hardly see why this is going to go up in the short term, irrespective of fundamentals or POO. I chose to get out (at a loss), it's a material negative overhang that will action a lot of people to sell and totally limit the number of buyers.
