Ditch i wouldn't think that's really the case unless something is signed off and on Carter's desk awaiting release while they are buying. There's deals right now in legals and they expect to Ann deals very shortly but we all know they also fall ovet. If you disagree perhaps send Carter an email and ask whether he still believes in his comment he made about the "very" exciting beginning to the financial yr with completion of numerous negotiations.
