I noticed in the video showing Walter's presentation he stated that they chose not to go down a takeover path because they had some perceived idea that the majority of shareholders want to see these projects come to fruition rather than just cash in. I believe they severely misinterpreted the wishes of most shareholders in this regard.

I would much prefer to see these projects come to fruition. Suspect most shareholders think the same.
