Why should I be forced into taking action to stop someone selling shares that belong to me.
Had management did what they are paid to do then my holdings would have remained above the $500 value or if they had allotted me the additional shares i has requested.
I may not have participated in the cr if they had been up front.
This was a underhanded way of doing business and treatment of shareholders.
So think what you like but to me this was a deceptive way of getting as many shareholders to participate in the cr and they need to be called out on it.
