I already did that. I realised also it was 2018 but these things can drag on so I thought it was worth a shot.

End result? I contact Roger Dobson from Jones Day direct and he confirmed it was dead in the water.
They got away with it.

I have searched every where I can think of to get the result of the Melbourne Magistrate Court proceedings but kept coming up with a blank. Even if the charges had been withdrawn there would have to be a record.

SOMEONE must know or be able to find out the result of the Court case. Maybe ACCC itself. It MUST be there somewhere. I don't know what I could have overlooked but I must have missed something.

Maybe someone else could hae a shot at it. The case against both Ballintine and Cullen was deferred in November to be heard in February [I think]

I searched under both names as I think they were being heard separately.
