Yes but inco the GWR price was brought down by the action or lack of it or both of FAS. PMM were the beneficiary of the poor management of FAS. Had the FAS controlled board of GWR drilled, reported actually and in good time, PMM would have had to pay $3 to get the same share. Don't blame the beneficiary, blame the causitory!
