Voltaire, have the background info on it sure, but beleive me when it comes to actually pulling the trigger and hanging on to a trade its another issue. One thing to know all the theory, another thing to have the experience and confidence to make a commercial success of it.
Andrewonhc, all to right mate. There will be components of the index which are in record highs and flying while the index itself is stuffing around and there will be some stocks that go up 600% etc. The difference is, that your going to have to know what your doing to be there on the right ones.
As a note, when things settle down I would be looking back to infomation technology, hasn't really fallen much in this market and wasn't a leader in the bull market just gone. This generally means it will lead the next rally etc.
