i’ve been wondering the exact same gman2. The chicken and egg situation between funding and NAIF is not clear and neither is the dependencies.

Surely if if one was approved the other most likely follows. Recent trading suggests something is cooking.

i suspect NAIF give pre approval or sorts under a framework within certain limits. This which would allow AUZ to announce once finance is confirmed without waiting on full NAIF formalities. Needing to wait on this would given rise to leaky ship issues. Surely.

Pure speculation here on my part. I don’t know how it works.
