A strange announcement. When you invest in these companies it is not just the idea and potential you invest in, it is also in the management to realise that potential. These sort of announcements certainly make me question managements ability to deliver. As said why not go straight to a capital raise and save the interest on the loan? Also this announcement could cause the price to drift lower and therefore the raise comes at a lower price.
