SEA reached 10c($1) a year ago , so I think it is a hollow arguement by mgt that it will be better valued and understood in US nasdaq.Who are mgt trying to convince? shareholders or themselves.I cant believe they would list as a knee jerk reaction to SP as peers in US are going through the same. What is left is the reference to being a simpler takeover target. One line of thinking I read , due to the capital intense nature of business , shale is a business for the big players
