I'd expect to see an announcement later today as the second court hearing is this morning. I don't expect any surprises.

I believe for whatever my belief is worth that the CGT difference between now and later is likely to only matter if that extra couple of weeks changes whether you have held your shares for 12 months on not. So I believe it will only matter if you bought you KDR less than 12 months ago from now but it will be more than 12 months at the time the shares are converted to cash.

I understand CGT is only half if you hold shares for more than 12 months.
