Yes - some wins may help but it needs cash, it is sitting on a precipice.

One could also challenge the statement “the underlying business is good”. If so at this price IMO it would have had an M&A suitor by now - why no action ?

This is a business that has been around along time, with lots of history and has changed its name at least twice with some serious recent turnover and exits.

Compared to its competitors its performance has been underwhelming to say it nicely and there are many questions about the sanity and profitability of the Linear book they bought.
