Pacific Channel releases updated internal analysis of LCT 10/09/2019, page-20

LCT has chosen not to share Pacific Channel's explanatory notice to shareholders, which includes CVs of the proposed new directors, along with the proposed resolutions to remove directors (will be voted at the upcoming AGM). Within that notice, Pacific Channel recognises the significant expertise and experience of Dr Ken Taylor, especially in pharmacology and experimental small molecule therapeutics both in academia and industry. They note that his removal as director would allow him to fully focus on his role as CEO, which apparently aligns with Ken's wishes.

They also note that most of the shareholders in their group were unable to sign the notice as their shares are held under a nominee
