I have nothing against Ken but with regard to needing more time to focus on role of CEO. If as a company you produce nothing , sell nothing , outsource technical assessments on trials to experts , have a very small and I would expect motivated workforce, projects with very long timelines also largely outsourced I just wonder what is consuming the time. I would have hoped there would be a huge amount of time to work on and communicate outwardly company strategy, seeking out and potential venture partners and fostering relationships to attract new shareholders and maintain existing ones . Seems like board meetings are only once a month and all decisions have to wait for those meetings. So BOD responsibilities don't seem far reaching. Never worked in that field so maybe it's a simplistic assessment.
