Why aren’t the authorities asking questions along the lines of: you’ve just had 2 positive announcements, yet your SP has been smashed down: who knew about the upcoming CR and who benefits from having the SP so far lower than fair value?

Sick of this cr*p about speeding tickets when time and again we are seeing companies have their SP’s smashed lower leading into CR’s. An absolute disgrace that this is happening and the authorities DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
