2 Radio stations reported that traffic was light on first weekday day of tolled Eastlink.
Now this could be very good as listners would opt to use it if they hear it is light.
Why would you want to use it if is a carpark?
I used it yestrday and it was quite encouraging how many were ion there at around 3 pm
