Agree. Not managed well.
And again - a kick in the face to most on here that want to stick up for them. They don't really care about minors - sorry to be blunt.
Big issue here is setting a precedent. So they would want to find some good hits or the major's will keep asking for the same deal next time the hat is passed around.
Just remember the next time it does get passed around - what are they are offering you compared to what they offered the majors in the past.
