Ann: FOD ACQUIRES ICONIC AUSTRALIAN BRAND, page-39

As you know it has been many months since we have heard anything about either of those 2 agreements.. The latest acquisition though, being immediate, does put a slightly different slant on things, positively I mean,. Personally I have put China on hold and do not expect much in the way of any agreements, that bubble burst long ago IMO.. Lets hope I'm wrong!

One would expect the financial benefits to be evident in the next HY report, based on the figured supplied by the company in the acquisition ann.. Additionally, FOD reiterates top line growth of approximately 25% for FY20 and provides revenue guidance of at least $40 million with margins expected to be superior to FY19. The other thing to note is that FOD know has a customer base it may previously not have had exposure to and will no doubt leverage of that for expansion.. Have they factored in organic growth through their acquisition, I don't believe so, if that is the case then the 40 mill revenue forecast I suspect is conservative and we may be in for a sweet surprise..
