    • ENTERED DEFINITIVE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION WITH AN AFFILIATE OF MAGNETAR CAPITAL (MAGNETAR) FOR TO ESTABLISHMENT OF JV
    • MAGNETAR WILL SUBSCRIBE FOR 50% OF SHARE CAPITAL IN RWF FOR AN AGGREGATE A$18 MILLION
    • MAGNETAR TO PROVIDE AND/OR ARRANGE FACILITY FOR A$60 MILLION IN FUTURE FUNDING UNDER SUBORDINATED NOTES FOR RMBS WAREHOUSE FACILITY
