Dont forget in 2007 there was a uranium ban in place in Greenland. Where many investors would have been even more unsure on the project being approved.
However since that time the uranium ban doesnt apply if you are mining uranium. Only, as a by product of REE mining.
That says a lot too. When comparing the credibility of the potential of approval within these two timeframes.
I often marvel at the massive sp premium GGG has been awared by investors in the past that is no longer present now. Despite a few more of the concerning factors having since been removed.
