yellowcake we probably need to get a direct line!!!

Havent much time but thought that i would briefly comment on the acquisition. Firstly i must point out that i dont have any knowledge of the buisness being acquired

However in principle I can conceive many good reasons and synogies in this acquisition

1 Increased profits [buisness is currently trading at a profit which is expected to grow
2 Access to existing markets for future sales of IS products
3 If there is sufficient capacity at the Albany factory may not need any significant cap ex to process IS [may save the 4 to 5 millon dollars you mention
4 Access to the know how to market and extract the oils
    5 Potential cost savings
    Just to name a few
IS and AS may produce different quality oil but IMHO i can see considerable logic in the acquisition and a good litmus test is how the market has received the news which seemed to be positive

Time will tell but it seems to help achieve TFC's goal of becoming vertically intergrated and i cant see any reason why TFC cant be involved in the AS industry even though it may beleive that the IS product is superior Kind of like growing two different types of wheat or wheat and barley

Cheers TFCERS lets hope it is a positive step!!
