IMO In 2020 the permits will be all done and finance will be completed or close to it.
My point being is I expect TNG's SP to be a sustainable amount higher in 2020.
I am not saying TNG will be in production.
It will be either on the path to production or taken over.

Looks to me like the off take to Gunvor (a reseller) is being dropped for an off take to an end user which should command a better price.
Vimson would be the logical off take partner.
It is possible Kfw wanted stronger off take agreement as part of their finance requirement.
