    Hi @Ashlee13

Thank you for your post. Very sorry to hear you are selling out, especially as it seems to be based on the complexity of structure and the confusing , vague announcements and delays which are not adequately explained, rather than the lack if quality assets within the company. Your post confirms what I have been fearing all along , and have been relating to David P numerous times over the past 12 months. That the lack of detail, clarity and explanation is very disconcerting for the investor, and IMO is a major contributing factor to why the share price is where it is at this stage. You are not alone and I am aware of at least one T20 holder selling out recently to invest elsewhere after running out of patience and at frustration with the apparent lack of progress .

Behind the scenes, there is significant activity going on, the company is well on it's way to achieving it's goals, ( admittedly behind schedule) but you wouldn't know it, because despite the goals being somewhat defined, the pathway, timing and potential outcomes are not well defined, and there doesn't appear to be any explanation, discussion from the company to improve visibility....and when there is an announcement, in many occasions, these actually cause more confusion and create more questions than answers as seems to be the case in the latest announcement.

IMO, investor relations for a company should not only be directed at attracting new shareholders to the registry, which is vitally important, but also KEEPING the current shareholders engaged and passionate enough to make them extremely reluctant to sell their shares ( unless in circumstances like dire financial or health reasons). You want to have the new shareholders buying in at a premium because the story is compelling , and you want the existing shareholders refuse to sell except at a much higher prices because they know, understand that the true value of the stock is multiples higher than it is now, and they can clearly see, are acutely aware of the pathway that the company is embarked on to attain even more value in the not too distant future..... and this is where IMO the company is letting the existing holders down, by not articulating in a manner where the complexity is clearly explained, all the facets of the business model understandable and easily researched on a website that has enough information accessible for anybody who wants to find out more information. Even if the company is successful in attracting new shareholders to the registry, many, most will not stay for long because they become disillusioned and confused by the complex structure and lack of explanation behind it... now , what friggin use is that to anybody?

I acknowledge part of the problem is due to the conflicting issues surrounding the need for continuous disclosure in the public company BRK, vs the need for confidentially within the private operating company ( Black Mesa) so as not to compromise current activity. It is a difficult balancing act but never the less, has not been successfully done IMO.

Apologies for the long winded rant, thanks again for your honest post and good luck also to you in your investments.

    Cheers

    Dan
