im guessing the ASX is looking out for new investors by keeping it in a hold . if there is some dodgy attempt to acquire or be acquired then they are protecting potential investors by keeping them out . i agree it doesn't do much for the investors already holding shares . protecting investors is their mission !!

whilst this is being achieved if anyone has any spare cash to invest there is plenty of tobacco , alcohol , gaming , drug , pollutants, destructive, toxic , drilling , eroding companies out there many in the asx300 that you are all encouraged to invest in as they are compliant.......... If they see something so illegal i hope they pursue criminal charges if its that ugly if not let this company trade and as usual " buyer beware" could be added to their report
