it was an interesting read, and agree the current board have let down share holders. but, IMO there was no strategy in this document, just a paragraph that they will make $5m year 1. very similar to the current board, just throw some random numbers around.
also the major issue I have with the proposed board is Mr Mangano, was he not the CFO over the entire duration, spitting out all these numbers, and lack of strategy?
I still can't believe the current board have not given out more information or rolled out their strategy.
Shareholders are between a rock and a hard place with this, 2 sides with little to offer.
if BM was not in the new team, I would seriously consider the switch.
