I guess it just goes to show how stupid the market really is. Looking at the fundamantals. Without EVRAZ, folks thought it would go well above $1.

The deal has been signed, sealed and delivered and the bottom has fallen out of the share. Pretty dumb particularly as it is based on zippo volume. Now what if EVRAZ were attracted by something else in the CFE portfolio. The take-over can still go ahead at vastly reduced prices, they get the other tenements and the company plus MCCs cash to develop in the future all paid for by a bit of trading prior to the event.

So if the deal is $0.67/share and the company had value before MCC and there is a cash back option the share is cheap again. And by the way all the management have done is deliver the deal and everyone else is now on their back because a ruskie didn't put up and shut up on time. The share should actually climb once everyone has picked themselves up after tripping over the ruskies foot.
