Going out so 3 quick responses.
1) The raising was at 2 cents , not 20 cents o the investment was $150,000.
2) SHE struggled to raise funds on market so BRK backers, and BRK stepped in to support the raising...
3) No change in business plan...3rd party funders of the parent well in each drilling unit, BRK funding development wells in units where it is determined that staying will match or exceed returns of selling the PUD
