Seems the world just mines Silver when ever there is a bit of demand which puts a control on its price.
We may need it to build certain items, and the girls like it, but if it is in short supply for a week or two it does not seem to matter .
Where as oil, gas, and other daily expendable are/ have a much larger impact, and thus vary substansaly.
Agree , like a lot of other forgotten elements that are required for batteries, ( have a look at the ratio of Lthium to graghite in a battery, and yet graghite seems to have no popularity, unlike lithium, although has dropped off a bit of late) etc at some point they all will be valued much higher, unless of course oil and gas stays at the rather cheap price they are at present
