Why don’t we see the current value of their acreage on the annual report, isn’t that material? I’m also pretty surprised they haven’t came out with a plan re their debt maturing late this year.
We have 2,735 acres, even if this average 10,000 per acre this would be $27mil. I think this is also conservative. I would like them to see off a decent stack (say 500) and get like half our MC in cash.
