Let's not forget that Giles apparently signed the Deal and also carried out promotion of the deal. If what the Chairman said was correct Giles should resign from the Board. The company is there for all shareholders - not just a large shareholder. I don't care that he founded the Company. A shareholder is a shareholder. Whether a shareholder was there for 5 minutes or 50 years under the law they should be treated equally. Otherwise it would be discriminate between shareholders and we don't have such preferential treatment here.

Now it looks like they'll be no independent directors on the Board once the current Independent Directors go, who were trying to looking all shareholders equally. The sooner the administrator is appointed the better. Then the assets can be sold in an auction and all shareholders will be treated fairly.
