It looks like the UK are about to introduce incentives to purchase EVs (see Bloomberg 16/9/2019).
Also, as posted a few days ago, Germany is considering helping German car manufacturers (Mercedes, VW, BMW etc) with incentives to accelerate the take-up of EVs.
The upshot is: As China reduces EV incentives, other countries are on the cusp of introducing same. One expects that this phenomenon will spread to yet other countries - as seen above.
The fact of the matter is, that no one wants to be outdone by China in the EV and battery race, so other countries are ramping up in all the related sectors.
