A statement with your holdings had been sent...shares have not been registered and as the merger had not progressed..due to PEM...action..Kimberleys shares are on hold...so as CBH basically ownes these assets...all will be returned to its former company...as that was only if the merger took place...which it did not..CBH was merging but PEM who wanted this merger called it off...PEM renaged on what they wanted..as it was PEM who aproached CBH to merge...CBH does not need PEM ...its Pem who will regret not going to merge you will see...
