I believe Ausenco did the first mine for Kingsgate and will amost certainly do the next expansion...Ausenco just completed the Phu Kham mine for Pan Australian 3 months ahead of time and under budget.
If it is Ausenco then going on recent track record there should be no problems..also I believe Ausenco are doing the expansion at Sepon for Oxiana and no indications of delays or cost blow outs there (although it is very early days)..
