Corporate demand, where is it? Why cant we get far more of this, is it a strategic decision?
The last one I remember was RACV Hail damage, it had implementation issues but I thought RACV would continue using Drivemycar for Insurance related vehicle hires. Is this even still happening?
This where I think DMC could thrive with our price point advantage :-

Webjet offers a car hire interface while customers are booking there holiday. All the majors are on there and companies like Carhood that are smaller than DMC. Surely we need to get on these interfaces asap. This is free demand and marketing, (Minus commission).

IMO, this too me would be low hanging fruit to turbo charge the demand side, at no additional cost as fees are based on commissions and your leveraging of existing infrastructure and no stupid pilot delays (it's proven!!!).
