That is a great point...of course $13.25 looks great compared to the last CP of $8.32 , but not so great when you look at the highest trading price.
Bellamy’s Board of Directors unanimously recommend that Bellamy’s shareholders vote in favour of the Scheme ...that indicates to me that the BOD are not expecting to get SAMR approval anytime soon or if at all.
Looks like this has been well played...when you look at the announcement about IF that the China government released a number of months ago , in relation to Chinese companies buying foreign owned dairies/IF producer , this is the result.
