IMO I wouldn't touch this stock just yet, Challenger can only take this company so far and a $264 million market cap on the back of the challenger operation is probably a fair call in this current market where every stock is heavily discounted no matter what your earnings are likely to be.
Really hard pressed to find a mid tier Gold Miner whose costs are under $500 an ounce. AUD is also hurting the resource sector. Head Grade has also dropped under 9 g/t.
It's pretty clear that DOM management have to look past Challenger. With a share price north of $5 for quite a while they failed to make any acquisitions or diversify away from Gold etc.
Just not enough has been done to expand this company.
