It is a bloody disgrace that ACL holders have effectively been denied the right to participate in this CR.
With no EFT facility available,it is a little hard to organize a cheque and its delivery within a four day time frame.
Given the snail-like pace of proceedings up till this point,this is disappointing to say the least.
