$60m to double expansion is only 7 quarters of gross profit at $9M $200 profit per Tonne (less than 2 years payback) and this ignores the effect of doubling expansion on cost per Tonne. If this went to $300 GP per Tonne it's only 1 year payback for incrementally doubling capacity. As the new supply constraints work there way through the market I think price of Li will stabilize further and by the start of 2020 may even starts to increase. I think fundamentally price of AJM should be 30 cent and 60 cents with expansion plus upside of price increases in future
