PIQ either gave the ASX an announcement or were responding to some questions from the ASX (almost certainly the former).
After receiving the communication the ASX had some questions or issues with what was provided, so the company needs to clarify (update the release fur the market) prior to trading again.
The ASX instigates the pause, while PIQ review. If it is an easy update then the updated documentation is released to the market as usual, if not (as in this case) then PIQ request a TH until they can get the paperwork in order.
It has been happening more often recently, probably because the ASX has had a number of issues recently so want to be seen to be on the front foot before the regulators are all over them!
