With $6m already in the bank, this will completely change the valuation of the company - depending on how the new funding is structured. Obviously it'll be equity of some sort so how large the dilution is and who the partner is will make all the difference.

Even a sub-optimal deal at 2c will be a game changer.

How many shares can they sell Bobby ??, they need to have an EGM to get approval for 2nd tranche of the recent CR

Regardless this is most likely VG news with game changing potential. So can't wait for Thursday
