' The Company requests the suspension to remain in place until the earlier of 30 September 2019 or the resolution of the discussions with its financiers and release of its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2019.'

No update is required until either of the criteria above are met.
If they aren't met then there two options IMO.
1) extension of suspension on basis that discussion are continuing, may or may not provide update on situation.
2) start process of delisting from ASX if going into administration

If, & probably big if, a takeover offer is agreed then an update would be immediate however it still couldn't lift suspension without the accounts which require adequate funding in place.

It would interesting for shorters if the company was taken out & didn't trade again.
