Actually I have no idea about this announcement. Yes, it is good but how good.
I have seen lots of shares sold in a good announcement but picked up again in next few days and made new high. If I was not a long term holder, I'd sell at the open too for quick profit.
The next few days will validate the announcement and PIQ needs institution like Regal to push price up.
