Looks like great news for cyp but I am keen for others thoughts on sp reaction to the news. For instance would it be possible that some got wind of the news the Fuji would take up the option and thus the indicative non binding bid from Sumi will likely evaporate and hence the downward direction of the share price? Also could it be that the terms of the deal with Fujihave changed and are now not as beneficial to cyp? I am just trying to look at this as objectively as possible.
